This hand-carved intaglio ring features a Pegasus on a polished black onyx oval.

NOTES about our SILVER
• Each silver piece is rhodium plated to achieve a brilliant white finish and enhanced durability. Over time, rings may need re-plating to restore their original lustre.
• Silver is a softer metal than gold and so polishing techniques are a little different. As our items have a lot of detail, silver items can be slightly more or less shiny, and details slightly different than the gold photos in the listing. Please refer to our reviews when possible.
• Silver also tarnishes much more quickly and can irritate some skin types. Any darkening on the skin can also occur when silver comes in contact with certain chemicals and soaps.

All items are made to order - Processing time is 5-7 business days, while shipping takes around 7-10 business days to the US, Europe and the UK. Orders to Asia, Oceania and Africa can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Customs fees may be required for some countries, so please check with your country's policies. (EU countries may charge up to 30%)

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defected. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition before a refund can be made and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be refunded for the listing fee only, minus shipping. All paid customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number must be included. Please note that custom orders (including engravings, special platings and quarter size requests for rings) are non-refundable.

If you receive your item and realize you have given the wrong size, we can replace your ring with a $60 resizing fee plus shipping costs ($35 to the USA and $45 to the EU and the UK). In many cases we can provide a local return address, however return shipping costs with tracking are the responsibility of the customer.

As most of our rings are full eternity bands, it is important that you provide us with the correct size, as most of them have to be remade from scratch.

In some cases, resizing with your local jeweler may be a more viable option than having to pay for resizing.


GUARANTEES AND REPAIRS

All Emma Krafft items are guaranteed for up to one year of purchase. For items that are damaged due to user mismanagement, a repair fee may be applied. No responsibility will be taken for repairs made by another jeweler.

If our shipping company states that the item was delivered when the receiver claims they have not received the item, we cannot claim responsibility. If the item is lost in the mail, we can work together to remake and send your ring at a minimal fee.
